HYDRO INVEST Sh.p.k, supported by its Italian parent company MP POWER srl, cover all the main technologies for the production of electricity from renewable sources.

The Company offers a vast range of services, such as technical-administrative Due-Diligences, on-field measurements with its own certified instruments, support to developers and constructors of new plants and asset management of existing plants.

Counting banks, leasing institutes, Private Equity funds and industrial Clients, and thanks to a multi-discipline team of professionals, with strong expertise in all the phases of development, construction and operation of plants, HYDRO INVEST supports its Clients with highly-customized services.

  • Photovoltaic

HYDRO INVEST, developed a long track-record in the photovoltaic sector, performing a vast range of deskand on-site activities.

In particular, extensive experiences in the on-site measurement services and in the activity of «Supplier Qualification» of photovoltaic modules on behalf of main financing institutes make HYDRO INVEST a highly-specialized firm in solar technologies.

  • Hydroelectric

Over the last decade HYDRO INVEST performed a vast number of direct development, technical support to developers and technical-administrative Due-Diligences on run-of-the-river hydroelectric power plants (over 50 plants, combined power about 1 GW).

Activities are mainly aimed at obtaining building permits, financing or asset acquisition.

HYDRO INVEST recently acquired personnel with a long experience in the design of Pelton, Francis and Kaplan turbines and can design and supply hydro power turbines on a turnkey basis.

  • Biomass and biomethane

HYDRO INVEST can design, develop, analyse and support the operation of biomass plants. The direct experience of its staff in the development, construction and operation of plants based on several technologies (biogas, traditional woodchip-fired plants, biomass gasification, ORC, liquid biomasses, production of biomethane for automotive purposes) gives to MP a high added-value expertise for the Client. HYDRO INVEST also participated in various assessments of biofuel generation paths, studying their technical-financial feasibility and the lifecycle greenhouse gases emissions.

  • Wind

Thanks to personnel with vast experience in the development and Technical Advisory on wind plants and projects, HYDRO INVEST is capable of performing activities such as technical Due-Diligences, feasibility studies, site characterisation, wind campaign coordination, permitting support and negotiation of O&M and wind turbine supply contracts. Main Clients are investors, utilities, financing institutions in Italy, Romania and Albania.

  • Energy efficiency

HYDRO INVEST is active in the sector of Energy Efficiency offers support to development, design and management of CHP/CCHP co-generators, heat storage and LED lighting.

In particular, during the latest years HYDRO INVEST took part to several co-generator and tri-generator installations within civil and industrial buildings.
