Albanian Fiber Telecommunications shpk, with the commercial name MADCOM, is a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Albania, established in October, 2021, with aim to bring high speed broadband and a wide range of services and features for Albanian customers.

MADCOM is a public operator of electronic communications services of the Fix network, which operates in compliance with law no. 9918/2008 “On electronic and postal communications in the Republic of Albania”.

On April 2023 

MADCOM started to build his own network by applying Optical Fiber Technology with aim to cover Tirana and main cities of Albania.

On May 2023

MADCOM started to build network in Golem (Kavaja)

On October 1st 2023

MADCOM started launching his products by offering high speed & quality broadband for customers, both businesses and residential.

MADCOM is also ISO certified according to international standards accreditation body:

  • ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management System assuring standardization and the highest possible quality.
  • ISO 14001 in the international standard for environmental management systems (EMS) certified.
  • ISO/IEC 20000 the international ITSM (IT service management) standard.
  • ISO/IEC 27001 the international standard for information security.
  • ISO 45001 the international standard for health and safety at work developed by national and international standards committees independent of government.

  • FIAA IN A FEW WORDS

    The Foreign Investors Association is the most important business association in Albania, operating mainly as a supporter and facilitator of foreign investors in the country. The organization operates through a membership scheme and offers various business services to foreign investors. FIAA represents the largest and most prominent businesses operating in various sectors of Albanian economy with the main aim to cooperate with the government and other institutions for a better investment climate and favorable socializing atmosphere in order to attract more foreign investors in Albania.
