Accounting and tax services
PwC in Albania provides comprehensive tax and accounting services, including tax reporting and strategy services for transformations, deals and data automations. We provide tax advice for inbound and outbound transactions, mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, divestitures and spin offs. We assist with tax planning and (re)structuring from both an Albanian and international tax perspective, and we offer opinions on tax matters including research, discussions, memoranda, and assistance with dealing with the tax authorities.
