Colliers certifies the first BREEAM Excellent Building in Albania

FIAA’s member, Colliers has announced the prestigious achievement of Park Avenue Tower being awarded the first BREEAM green certification in Albania, achieving an Excellent rating by BRE, the British Institute renowned for its stringent standards in commercial building sustainability (link: https://bregroup.com/products/breeam/).  Throughout the entire certification process Park Avenue Tower was advised by Colliers, licensed sustainability advisers by BRE.

“This marks the inaugural certification of its kind in Albania, signifying a significant step forward in aligning Albanian companies with elevated ESG standards and bridging the gap between the Albanian commercial real estate sector and its European counterparts. This landmark project not only puts Albania on the sustainability map but also enhances the appeal to both international and local tenants who prioritize sustainability in their operations.”- said Stela Dhami.
