Following FIAA’s work towards the improvement of the Business Environment in the country, the Tax and Legal Committee of FIAA gathered virtually for the upcoming Edition of the White Book (WB) 2025-2029. The purpose in this task, is to align the WB Chapters with the integration process of the chapters Albania and EU are planning.
In this regard, FIAA’s role in the process will be providing specific feedback for all the relevant laws which impact directly the improvement of the business climate. The White Book is a fundamental tool and FIAA’s efforts to align the domestic legislation with the one of EU for most of the relevant laws and regulatory.
In parallel, FIAA’s members continue to be an active participant in the meetings held under the Partnership Platform for European Integration for several chapter by the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation.
