In the framework of preparing the White Book 2025–2029, FIAA’s dedicated working committee of experts has been actively engaged in providing specific feedback on all relevant laws and regulations that directly influence the improvement of Albania’s business climate.
The White Book remains a fundamental instrument in FIAA’s mission to foster dialogue between the business community and policymakers. Through this process, FIAA seeks to ensure that domestic legislation is progressively aligned with the European Union acquis, covering the most impactful laws and regulatory frameworks.
The consultation reflects FIAA’s commitment to strengthening Albania’s investment climate and competitiveness, supporting transparency and predictability in the regulatory environment and facilitating the country’s path toward EU integration by harmonizing legislation with European standards.
By consolidating the expertise of its members and partners, FIAA continues to serve as a bridge between foreign investors, local stakeholders, and government institutions, ensuring that the White Book remains a practical roadmap for reform and sustainable economic growth.
