In frame of the discussions for the chapters of the European Integration Partnership Platform, FIAA’s representatives appointed in the groups have been active in the organized Working discussions. During the period January-March have been held discussion tables, specifically on the following Chapters:
Chapter 1 “Free movement of goods”, Chapter 16 “Taxation, Chapter 28 “Consumer and health protection”, Chapter 29 “Customs”; Workshop for the national European Integration Plan and other key EU negotiation documents and involvement of non-government stakeholders in February; Information Session on Technical Regulatory approved during 2021 on “Packaging” dhe “Measuring containers/bottles”, with members for Chapters 1 and 28; Workshop for Chapter 6 “Company Law”, Chapter 7 “Intelectual Property Law”, and Chapter 30 “External Relations”.
FIAA’s experts, have been intensively engaging with proposals and discussions in the platforms with the aim to approximate and amend Albanian legislation to the EU acquis.
