FIAA’s core objective is to contribute and to ensure a good business environment in the country by constructively working with the Government and international Institutions, offering its best experiences and expertise. As a Monitoring Body for the business climate progress, FIAA continuously conducts Business Environment Surveys and Interviews with foreign-owned businesses operating in Albania. These forms serve as tools for gathering feedback and opinions on the business environment’s key elements that help identifying the problems and challenges faced by investors. The feedback is regularly addressed for purposes of advising and improving government policies. The surveys’ results are also shared with International Bodies interested in Albania’s business climate. FIAA acts as an interlocutor between the Albanian Institutions and the Business Community.
