The Management Team of FIAA ensures the effective implementation of the association’s mission and strategy, supports members’ needs, and fosters constructive dialogue with stakeholders.
MANAGEMENT TEAM
The Foreign Investors Association of Albania (FIAA) is managed by a team of three professionals who oversee the organization’s strategic, advocacy, and operational functions. The team includes an Executive Director, responsible for overall leadership and external representation; an Administrative Manager, who manages membership relations, public outreach, event coordination and the daily administration of the FIAA office, and an Advisor who focuses on Policy, Advocacy, Projects and Public Relations.
Together, the management team ensures effective representation of FIAA’s members—foreign businesses operating in Albania—by engaging in policy advocacy, maintaining strong relations with institutions, and facilitating dialogue between investors and decision-makers. They draft position papers, participate in consultations, and advocate for a transparent, investor-friendly environment.
In addition to advocacy, the team organizes business forums, networking events, and sector-specific working groups, while also handling internal operations such as budgeting, reporting, and communications. Their work is essential to promoting foreign investment and contributing to the improvement of Albania’s overall business climate.
