Human Capital Committee

The Human Capital Committee of the Foreign Investors Association of Albania (FIAA) serves as a strategic platform for member companies to address challenges and opportunities related to the country’s labor market, workforce development, and human resource policies. Composed of HR leaders and professionals from various industries, the committee focuses on aligning the needs of foreign investors with the evolving dynamics of Albania’s labor environment.
