Tax Committee

The Tax Committee of the Foreign Investors Association of Albania (FIAA) is a key working body that brings together tax and finance professionals from member companies to address fiscal issues affecting foreign investors. Composed of experts with in-depth knowledge of Albania’s tax legislation and international practices, the committee provides a platform for identifying challenges, sharing experiences, and formulating common positions on tax-related matters.

Typical work conducted by the committee includes analyzing proposed tax laws and amendments, drafting policy recommendations, and engaging in dialogue with the Ministry of Finance and the General Tax Directorate. The committee also organizes technical discussions, prepares position papers, and contributes to FIAA’s White Book. Its goal is to promote a fair, transparent, and predictable tax system that supports investment and economic growth in Albania.

Membership is open to all Foreign Investors, Representatives companies and International Organizations working in Albania.
