Përparim Kalo is a senior legal and business advisor with 45 years of experience in commercial law, foreign investment, and strategic projects. He is Founder and Managing Partner of KALO & ASSOCIATES and served as a Judge at the Constitutional Court of Albania (2020–2022).

He holds a Law degree and a Master of Laws in Global Business Law from Suffolk University, and has contributed to legal reforms and major foreign investments in Albania.

Përparim has previously served as Vice President of the Foreign Investors Association of Albania, is Board Member of AmCham Albania, and holds leadership roles in multiple civic, educational, and arts organizations, including VIAC, CSR Network Albania, and FONDACIONI KALO ART.

He combines legal expertise with strategic insight to strengthen Albania’s investment climate and support sustainable economic development.
