Kelly Clutterbuck is a senior renewable energy professional with 20+ years of experience in utility-scale project development, investment strategy, and market expansion across international energy markets.

She currently serves as Country Manager of Voltalia Albania (since 2024), where she leads operations, portfolio delivery, and long-term growth strategy. Her expertise spans energy transition, regulatory engagement, and stakeholder collaboration, supporting Albania’s sustainable development and investment climate.

Kelly has held senior roles within Voltalia across the UK and Europe, including Head of Development (UK) and European Development Director. She also founded and led a flexible energy business during a period of market reform in the UK.

She is a strong advocate for sustainable investment, energy transition, and the advancement of women in the energy sector. Since 2026, she serves on the Board of the Foreign Investors Association of Albania, contributing expertise in infrastructure investment, regulatory frameworks, and foreign direct investment.
