Mirsad Haliti is a senior banking executive with 25+ years of experience across international organizations and the financial sector.

He began his career with OSCE, USAID, and VVAF, before joining ProCredit Bank Kosovo in 2004. He later advanced to the Management Board of ProCredit Bank Albania, where he has contributed to strengthening performance, governance, and alignment with international standards of the ProCredit Group.

Since 2024, he has served on the Board of the Foreign Investors Association of Albania, supporting its mission and contributing to the development of Albania’s business environment.

Mirsad holds a degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Prishtina and completed advanced training at the ProCredit Management Academy in Germany.

Based in Albania for over seven years, he combines international experience with strong local insight, contributing to the development of a resilient and sustainable business community.
