Balázs Révész is an international executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across telecommunications, commercial strategy, and digital transformation in European markets.
Since becoming CEO of Vodafone Albania in May 2023, he has led a strong transformation agenda focused on network investment, innovation, and operational excellence. Under his leadership, the company has strengthened its position as a digital leader, advancing next-generation connectivity, expanding digital services, and enhancing customer experience.
As President of FIAA since 2024, Balázs has reinforced the association’s role as a trusted partner to institutions, strengthening policy advocacy and promoting reforms that improve transparency, regulatory predictability, and investor confidence. He has contributed to elevating the voice of foreign investors and advancing Albania’s economic and European integration agenda.
He also serves as Head of FIAA’s Digital Committee and is a member of Albania’s National Economic Council, actively contributing to discussions on competitiveness, digital policy, and critical infrastructure.
Balázs holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest, with further specialization in EU Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam. He is fluent in English and a native Hungarian speaker.
