Pranvera Papamihali is Principal SEE and Country Manager for Albania at Pedersen & Partners, with 18+ years of international Executive Search and Leadership Consulting experience. She has led 150+ senior-level assignments across Southeast Europe in Banking & FinTech, Telecommunications, Energy, Consumer & Retail, and Healthcare sectors.

Previously, she held leadership roles as Head of Corporate Affairs at Telekom Albania, Head of International Relations at ALSAT Television, and served as a diplomat at the Albanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She also worked at the George C. Marshall Center for Security Studies in Germany.

An active FIAA contributor for nearly two decades, Pranvera supports human capital and leadership development initiatives in Albania. She speaks Albanian, English, Italian, Hungarian, German, and Greek, and holds an MA in Hungarian Language and Literature from Eötvös Loránd University.
