FIAA’s Executive Director, Ms. Marinela Jazoj participated at the first meeting held among all the global FIA’s (Foreign Investment Associations and Councils) connecting with each other to share best practices, projects and information between each other.
These organizations represent unique structures in each country and are similarly dedicated to promoting FDIs and support business. The meeting objective was to serve creating a common platform for cooperation with benefit to the region and international business environment and communities.
Some of the participating organizations share same member companies and common projects, such as the White Book, as well as similar committees and approaches. The participants agreed that by ensuring a periodical dialogue, it would help the common goal for supporting FDIs in respective countries and boosting the economic sustainable development. Also, important will be the use of different tools to raise awareness on activities through common newsletters and joint events/conferences.
