In frame of Switzerland support to Albania in the field of economic development and employment, the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) is engaged in providing support for private sector development in different areas like investment climate, insolvency regime, financial reporting, entrepreneurship, etc.
In this frame, a mission from SECO, led by Mrs. Brigitte Bruhin, in charge of Private Sector Development, visited Tirana on the last week of April, to follow up on the implementation of the ongoing interventions and explore needs and opportunities for further support in the related areas mentioned. In this context, a selected number of private sector representatives, among them FIAA, represented by its Chairman Mr. Constantin von Alvensleben and Executive Director Ms. Marinela Jazoj, gathered to discuss and exchange views and perspectives on the country context, public policies, challenges and opportunities for private sector development.
