Following the call of the Ministry of Finance and Economy, the FIAA’s Tax Committee members have continued the discussions on the reviewed draft instruction issued for the new law on Income Tax and provided feedback and suggestions to the Ministry and given specific comments on those issues which are considered important for the finalization of the Law.
Recently, this committee has gathered and discussed other relevant concerns related to other Laws such as, the Double Taxation and problems encountered with its implementation and interpretation from Tax Authorities. This Committee, in cooperation with the other Committees within FIAA is also working on the midterm review of the White Book 2021-2025, which will be part of a package of suggestions to be presented to the Authorities for a follow up.
